Cazamio Project

This is a SaaS property management system for a prop-tech company based in New York with the idea of providing the ability to browse, self-tour the physical apartment, virtually 3D visit, submit applications, sign lease and exchange the necessary monies.

Project Overview

It's worth mentioning that the original plan was to create a keyless house renting system using special wireless locks available to be controlled via users' mobile phones. However, during the pandemic, the investment for the project was suddenly dismissed. The business model was forced to be changed. That's how the SaaS property management idea came up. The main challenge was, and still is, the tricky and extensive set of business rules and requirements which, if neglected, may cause serious financial and legislation problems concerning rental and related matters in a specific deal. A significant challenge was to smoothly and promptly adjust the whole application, including the tenant and landlord portal, to a SaaS-based property management system with no loss of the existing clients.

Result

Now and moving forward, the system proved to be a powerful and flexible system for lease management which helped the client and the partners to gain new customers and bear a large part of the business to the CRM module. The ongoing work is mainly aimed at attracting new real estate companies to the system, which requires constantly analysing the competitors, keeping up with the latest trends, and introducing new tools simultaneously.
