Bella Renta Project

Belle Renta is a mobile and web application created by French entrepreneurs for property owners to get great benefits from a deal. It allows proprietors and real estate agencies to estimate the profit from leasing or selling the property, calculating its rate of return.

Project Overview

Our client needed the software of software, that could give quick information about the property's ROI. So, we needed to think out and implement accurate formulas to provide users with ready-to-print correct calculation results as much as possible. The feature is available for both free and premium accounts. Also, premium users can extend the functionality for a monthly fee. In addition, we implemented an admin role that allowed to upload CSV-file of users, manage their accounts, and create an advanced report through the administrator panel.
